We are looking for an Executive Producer to help lead our diverse and inclusive team.

We are looking for an Executive Producer to continue our delivery of high-quality inclusive dance performances and creative learning programmes around the world.
Working alongside the Co-Artistic Directors and the trustees, the Executive Producer will develop and implement an effective business plan, and maintain the company’s strategic programme, in line with Stopgap’s position in the sector and its inclusive ethos.
Applicants should have a strong foundation in inclusive thinking, with unshakeable commitment to equity and fairness, enabling diverse individuals to thrive and actualise outstanding artistic and creative learning projects.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Strategic leadership
- Producing major artistic and creative learning work
- Strategic communication and advocacy (internal and external)
- Income generation and relationship management
- Finance, operations, compliance, and governance
Hours: 37.5 hours a week (full-time)
Salary: £45,000 (dependent on experience) plus pension contribution
