Olivia started her career in theatre after completing a BA in Theatre and Performance Studies at the University of Bristol, developing a portfolio career supporting inclusive arts organisations across the UK.
She joins Stopgap from Viv Gordon Company, where she was General Manager. Prior to this, she worked with organisations including We Are Bap!, KLS & Associates, Mercury Theatre, and Ad Infinitum.
Olivia is currently completing a CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management, with a specialist focus on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion. She is passionate about improving representation and access within the arts, and is committed to creating systems and spaces where care, accessibility, and equity are centred.
