After a degree in prehistoric archaeology Helga decided to turn her passion for language, arts and culture into a profession and moved into arts marketing and communications.
For more than 20 years she has been working with various organisations in the arts and heritage sectors, both in Germany and in the UK, including tanzhaus nrw in Düsseldorf, Ballett Kiel, Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds, Pavilion Dance South West, Hofesh Shechter Company and New English Ballet Theatre. In 2018, Helga started her own consultancy business, The Write Brandt.
Helga started working with Stopgap Dance Company in 2020.
