Joy returned to Stopgap in March 2013 as Laura’s access worker allowing her to tour and also become Assistant stage manager with Artificial Things. During this time Joy also continued to support with educational workshops. In 2015 Joy made the move to the office to become Administrator. From 2018 Joy began working closely with the Creative Learning team and Stopgap’s apprentice company, Sg2. She is now the company’s Creative Learning Manager.
