
Sarah’s extensive facilitation, training and production portfolio is dedicated to ensuring a broad range of voices and opinions are represented and included in the creative, cultural and health sectors in the UK and beyond.
A children’s television writer, performer and puppeteer for the Media Merchants for CITV, Sarah joined ACE in 2004 and became the first Chair of its Disabled Workers Group.
In 2008, she co-founded Sync Leadership working with Deaf, and disabled leaders in the UK, Australia, South Korea, Singapore, Canada and is currently developing Sync in the Middle East in 2023.
She was creative producer for Deaf dance artist and choreographer, Chisato Minamimura from 2014-2019 and is currently Co-Chair of Access All Areas Theatre Company and Diversity Associate for Clore Leadership where she heads up their Inclusive Cultures programme.
