Vincent Dankelman is a Dutch musical theatre maker, composer, and performer.
From an early age, he has performed in productions such as The Lion King and continued to pursue this passion after his studies at the DAR in Rotterdam. Since 2019, he has collaborated extensively with choreographer and close collaborator Jordy Dik, blending his expertise in music and theater with the diverse individuals he encounters in various projects. Together, they have developed a series of productions that transcend boundaries and provide a platform for diversity and human storytelling.
His musical compositions and theatrical contributions have enriched the emotional core of numerous performances. In addition, he co-leads community art projects, including dance and music initiatives with asylum seekers and young people with disabilities. His work is defined by deep empathy and creativity, always striving to foster connections between music, theater, and dance. With his multi-instrumental background and gift for storytelling, Vincent contributes to performances that are both artistically groundbreaking and emotionally resonant.
