We are excited to announce we are seeking a Head of Operations!

Salary: £38,000 (dependent on experience) plus pension contribution

Working closely with the Executive Producer, Co-Artistic Directors and Administrator, this key leadership position plays a vital role realising Stopgap’s 10 year vision, shaping the future of the company, and ensuring our mission of an inclusive world continues to thrive.

The Head of Operations will strategically plan and manage the company’s daily operations, whilst promoting a culture of inclusion within the organisation that empowers individuals to fulfill their potential.

We are looking someone who has a care-centred approach and is a reliable finisher, with an exceptional attention to detail, and a strong foundation in inclusive thinking.

Job share and part time working requests will be considered.
