Building an Inclusive Culture
Our training sessions help build inclusive cultures that genuinely support a diverse range staff, artists, and audiences.
You can book one of these sessions, or combine them for a series of training.

Disability Confidence
Build the knowledge, skills, and confidence to work inclusively with Disabled people.
This session explores language, etiquette, and practical approaches to accessibility, alongside real-life examples drawn from lived experience.
You’ll leave with tools to challenge barriers, create welcoming environments, and embed disability inclusion into your everyday practice.

This session is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to create an inclusive organisational culture, where understanding, respect, and active support for Deaf, Disabled and neurodivergent people is woven into every aspect of the workplace.

Designed to be flexible, each session typically lasts between 1.5 to 2.5 hours and can be combined or tailored to fit your organisation’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances.
Access Resources for Events and Performance
This training empowers you to create access resources that make events and performances welcoming and accessible to a diverse range of Disabled audiences.
You’ll learn how to develop tools like Visual Stories, event access guides, Audio Introductions, and more — all designed to break down barriers and enhance audience experience.
Easy-Read Documents
This session guides you through best practices for creating clear, accessible Easy-Read documents designed to support learning-disabled and neurodivergent people in understanding information confidently and independently. You’ll learn how to simplify language, use effective layouts, and incorporate supportive visuals — empowering you to communicate with greater clarity and inclusion.
Understanding and Implementing Access Riders
This session demystifies access riders, guiding both individuals on how to create their own and organisations on how to understand, use, and respond to them effectively.
Learn how access riders can ensure clear communication of needs, foster collaboration, and support truly inclusive events and productions.
Accessible Marketing and Social Media
This session shares practical strategies for creating digital content that is both accessible and engaging, and for building a social media presence that welcomes everyone.
You’ll gain tips, tools, and insights to ensure your marketing reaches Disabled audiences effectively — helping you promote your events and performances in a way that’s genuinely inclusive.
