Home Practice is Stopgap’s self-guided programme of inclusive contemporary dance classes and workshops which introduce a variety of approaches to inclusive dance practice. As the name suggests, all sessions are suitable to practice at home, wherever that may be! We release all classes on our YouTube channel and our audio-classes on our SoundCloud.

This current season has been inspired by Artificial Things, which features on the AQA GCSE Dance Anthology.

We would love any and all feedback you can give us about our Home Practice classes as it will help shape our future seasons and ensure we are creating accessible and inclusive online dance offerings. Below we’ve embedded a form for you to fill out based on the classes you’ve participated in, if you’d like this form in an alternate format please email lily@stopgapdance.com.
