Stopgap’s Company Class is between 60 – 90 minutes long. It is a professional level inclusive contemporary dance class taught by one of our Disabled or non-disabled company members.

The class content will usually reflect our current repertoire and our teachers personal practices. Class will always include time to warm-up and check-in with your body; classes may include improvisation, exercises, travelling and contact work.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before class to settle into the space.

Class Dates

Further dates coming soon.

Stopgap’s teachers will do their best to accommodate the needs of the class by teaching with open language, demonstrations and descriptions, alongside Stopgap’s translation tools. We encourage you to take class at your own pace, you know your body best.

If you have any access needs that you would like to let us know about, you will be able to tell us when you sign up.

These classes are free to attend.
